'Nephilim' is the second release from Men With Mallets. The two Johns (John Shapter and Blind Johnny Smoke) have continued their ethos of utilising only acoustic and percussive sounds which they then manipulate in the studio to create their textured soundscapes. The four tracks on 'Nephilim' take elements of angelic mythology as inspiration, while the artwork once again features macro images, this time evoking flight, loss, light and dark.

'Nephilim' is a stand alone EP, with 'Behemoth', the second album of their trilogy, expected later this year.
