Men With Mallets is John Shapter and John E Smoke. 'Leviathan' is the first of a trilogy, the mythological water beast. All sound sounds were recorded acoustically or with contact mics, using sources such as gongs, chimes and singing bowls. The collected sounds were then processed to within an inch of their lives.
